What we collect
The answers you give in this check. And — only if you choose to connect your bank — a read-only summary of your recent account activity, gathered through a bank-grade secure connection.
We never see your bank username or password, and we never sign in as you. Connecting your bank does not pull your credit and has no effect on your credit score.
How we use it
We use your information for one thing: to prepare your file for Whitmore & Associates so the attorney has real numbers to review before your free consultation. That's it.
Who sees it
Only Whitmore & Associates — the firm you chose. Your information is not shared with any other law firm, and it is never sold to anyone.
How it's protected
Your information is encrypted while it travels to us and while we store it. Access is limited to preparing your file, and that access ends when your file is complete.
How long we keep it — and deleting it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to prepare and deliver your file to Whitmore & Associates. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will.
